Program Co-Founder/Mentor - Dionne Adams
Dionne Adams, is a Principal Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at PG&E and a third generation Pittsburg, CA native. She has worked in the energy business for over 25 years and has held various roles in contract management, sales and marketing, supplier diversity and regulatory compliance. She has a passion for providing professional development and support to businesses and organizations looking to grow and achieve their desired goals while serving customers. In her current role, she is responsible for providing governance and training to over 5,000 employees at PG&E to discover their unique talents and skills to bring their best selves to work while achieving business goals.
Dionne holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Marketing from San Francisco State University. She is a Board of Director for the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Corporate Engagement Team for the Museum of African Diaspora (MoAD) a Smithsonian Affiliate. |

Navigating the City Permitting Process - Jordan Davis, Assistant City Manager, City of Pittsburg
Assistant City Manager and Economic Development Manager will cover permitting for businesses in the City of Pittsburg. This will include the City's licensing, ordinances, signage, tenant improvements, as well as some applicable County regulations like County Health requirements.
If you're setting up a new business this will help you be set up right, if you have an existing business it will be a refresh on the City requirements. |

Daniella Lopez is a social media strategist and founder of the new digital agency DL Marketing and Media. Born and raised in Pittsburg, she has a passion for helping small businesses and entrepreneurs achieve their true potential. She teaches you how to create content that increases sales, grows your social platforms, attracts new fans and converts them to new customers. In addition, she'll assist you in developing your brand and teach you how to be an ambassador for it.
Daniella's client list is comprised of real estate agents, online boutiques, product companies such as sunglass companies and candles, as well as professional bloggers, podcasters, and photographers. Currently in addition to her company, she is the Marketing and Communications Associate for “We Care Services for Children”–a non-profit organization that helps children with special needs. In this position, she develops advertising and fundraising literature, plans and hosts fundraising events, builds donor relationships, and manages social media platforms. Kaiser Permanente will share how they went from 95% in person visits to 95% telehealth visits in just a few days due to COVID-19, and the results of this shift. Because Kaiser Permanente is an integrated system, all caregivers are connected to the patient’s electronic health records. Patients utilizing telehealth, can trust their integrated health team to take care of them and their health, no matter where they are.

Paul Hopper is a web design and digital marketing specialist who helps small and medium sized businesses achieve better results with their online presence. Since forming his agency, Snap Digital Media, in 2010, Paul has designed, developed and launched websites for numerous clients in California and elsewhere. In addition to web design and webmaster services, Paul manages ongoing SEO and PPC campaigns for many clients, helping to bring significant growth and added revenue through targeted online strategies. Prior to starting his own business, Paul was a District Sales Manager for the Valley Yellow Pages in San Francisco, Oakland and the Peninsula. He also was a director of sales to the cruise industry for the world's largest art dealer, Park West Gallery, of Southfield, Michigan. Originally from Los Altos, California, Paul now live in South Carolina with his wife and daughter.
