These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the The Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce’s website and online services. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Chamber. Membership dues, benefits, and tiers are described on our membership page and may be updated from time to time. Dues are billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

Payments and renewals

Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically at the then-current rate. You can review or update your billing details, or cancel, from your member portal, or by contacting us.

Acceptable use

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any business or organization.
  • Provide accurate information in applications, directory listings, and forms, and keep it up to date.

Member directory

Information you provide for the member directory may be displayed publicly. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and may request changes at any time.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce related to your membership, Chamber events, and Chamber news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at chamber@mypittsburgchamber.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership. Use of artificial intelligence

The Chamber uses AI tools to help produce some of the content on this website, including plain-language summaries of City Council and Planning Commission meetings and other community content. AI-assisted content is reviewed by Chamber staff, but it may still contain errors or omissions. AI-generated summaries are not official records of the City of Pittsburg or any other government body — always verify anything related to government action against the original official source. Content on this site should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to the Chamber and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce it without permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
